This cuvée comes from a blend of vineyards around the historic village of Chablis, where the famous Kimmeridgian limestone soils give that iconic mineral bite. Laroche has been making wine here for over 160 years, and Saint Martin remains the benchmark for classic, no-nonsense Chablis.

Gently pressed, fermented cool and aged on fine lees for extra texture, it’s all about purity: citrus, saline freshness and that subtle chalky snap on the finish. Elegant, focused and effortlessly drinkable.
