Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Chilled and Tannin.​ Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. We dispatch on Monday's and Thursday's with our courier partner UPS.  

We do ship with an 'Adult Signature required shipment' - as this is under the terms of our License agreement. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (A lot of thirsty wine lovers out there), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will always do our best to dispatch quickly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Once we have fulfilled your shipment we will send you the tracking information for the courier or when it is to be expected for local deliveries. 

We may use different couriers from time to time to make sure we get you wine to you in the most efficient manor.

** Free Delivery is only available for mainland UK.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. :-( but we try to avoid it. However we do have to hope our service partners deliver inline with expectations. 

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Chilled and Tanninships to addresses within the United Kingdom addresses only. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Chilled and Tannin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Chilled and Tannin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, however please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the UK.
