This cracking coastal gin from Rosemullion in Cornwall features a trio of seaweed varieties, along with samphire. Certainly one for those of you that love to be beside the seaside.
Inspired by the salty air and stormy seas that crash against the coastline of Cornwall. As this is quite a peppery gin, it works really well as a simple G&T – served with premium Indian tonic water and a slice of lemon. Try serving with a little dried sea spaghetti in a high ball for a different taste.
TASTING NOTE: Earthy goodness, The right amount of pepper. Hints of salt with juniper and a touch of citrus.
