A splendid sparkling wine which is as much of a mouthful as the name suggests. This truly ‘superiore’ Prosecco comes from a top producer using organic grapes from the hills around the villages of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
Steeper hillsides and cooler mornings and nights result in more complexity, character and elegance from the Glera grapes. Wonderfully dry, crisp and moreish with a fine mousse.
Fun fact: Our wine buyer Alex has completed the sparkling unit of his Wine Diploma yet he still can't pronounce or spell the name of this wine zone.
