Perfect refreshing wine

I love Picpoul de Pinet wines for their combination of simplicity and Mediterranean character. This is a wine which shows defined purity of fruit, high acidity and the slight saltiness notes that you get from the appellation. A great example of the French quality answer to Italian Pinot Grigio at a great value for money.
