It’s back! This is a fabulous dry white blend from the genius team at OVUM Wines who have mastered low intervention winemaking and have an alchemist's skills at blending from across choice Oregon vineyard sites.

It’s rich, textured and reminiscent of long, romantic Summer nights (but without the mosquitoes!)

OVUM hand-pick grapes from their selected Oregon sites at opulent ripeness levels for complexity and character. The wine is 95% Riesling with a dash of tasty Gewürztraminer (love it!)

Once in tank the grapes are racked into a mixture of Novum Amphora, Cement Egg, Austrian Oak and neutral barrel. After two lunar cycles the wine is returned to tank and the process is repeated.

Left 12 months on its lees with no fine filtering the wine’s texture is sumptuous and moreish.

Extra kudos to this producer who has the upmost respect for Mother Nature from the soil and vines to letting the winemaking go with the flow of nature with minimum interference.
