The Gasper estate aims to use local Slovenian varieties, deeply rooted in Germanic, Slavic and Roman cultural influences to create modern, fresh styles. This Pinot Grigio has lovely warmth. It's deep and mineral rich makes for a taste sensation. 

The wine is straw yellow in colour with a subtle shade of pink., this medium-bodied Pinot Grigio has a lovely richness, with a silky finish and citrus aromas.

This is a cracking wine which is distinctive and expressive - and makes for a great comparison to it's Italian cousins.
