This sophisticated and voluptuous 100% organic Malbec is the perfect tipple for one of Hyacinth Bucket's candlelit dinner parties. And we would gladly knock it back by the bucket-load.

The Bousquet family are 4th generation winemakers who moved from France to the Tupungato, Argentina in the 1990s and proudly grow all of their grapes organically.

The vines are grown at 4,000 ft altitude on gravel and sand soil that was once virgin dessert - and when the Bousquet family first laid their eyes on it the locals said the land was too cold for grape growing.

But canny Mr Bousquet immediately knew it was draw spot for his Malbec to thrive and this splendid wine is testament to his vision. 

The carefully selected grapes are fermented in contact with American oak and aged for 6 months before bottling.
