The trade secret

Tastes like: Apricot. White Peach. Apple. Floral. Herbaceous. Baking Spice.

We are huge fans of the Languedoc and the endless possibilities that the Pays d'Oc appellation gives to producers.

With 56 grapes varieties to choose from the region produces some brilliant and inventive wines which are mind-bogglingly good value and this is a prime example which punches well above it pricepoint.

This fresh and frankly delicious white is a blend of Marsanne and Viognier and we've it spotted this underdog wine on 'carte des vin' at some rather swanky eateries.

Nice - Drink it.
