Cesconi Nosiola Vigneti delle Dolomiti
Tastes like - Zesty. Lemon Sherbet. Crisp Green Apple. Pear. Hazelnut
Made by the Cesconi family, who have been crafting wines since 1751, this wine is a true testament to their dedication and love for winemaking. The Cesconi family, with their deep roots and passion for organic farming, treat their vineyards like their own children. They even talk to the vines, hoping to coax out the best flavors (shh, don't tell anyone!). The grapes are grown on hillsides that are so steep, even mountain goats would think twice about climbing them.
The star of the show is the Nosiola grape, a rare and versatile variety that's been around since the days when knights roamed the hills of Trentino. Legend has it that the name "Nosiola" comes from the Italian word for hazelnut, because the wine smells like a freshly baked hazelnut pie – or so they say!
