Bodegas Canopy's approach to winemaking ticks a lot of our boxes - sustainable farming, low intervention in the winery plus a sense of humour to boot!
It's a blend of 90% Macabeo, 5% White Grenache and 5% Verdejo - the grapes come from 25-year-old vines that thrive at an altitude of 400 meters in Camarena, Toledo. This lets the sandy soils fully express themselves and unleash the power and uniqueness of this wine.
