This is the latest vintage from our friends down the road, a wonderful sparkling Rose from the beautiful Ancre Hill winery. Perfectly positioned on south-facing slopes close to the border town of Monmouth in the Wye Valley. The estate uses traditional Biodynamic and Organic Viticultural practices to produce the best possible grapes from carefully sourced and selected varieties with excellent heritage.
This is a stunning light sparkling Rose made with Pinot Noir. Perfectly balanced and delicate from the 4 years lees ageing and a beautiful expression of Welsh wine. This is one to be enjoyed all year round and not just on St David's Day.
