Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel lo grapes, usually famed for producing excellent Cava. So think Cava but without the bubbles. Who doesn't love the sound of that? 

It comes from a fully Organic estate which is blessed with a variety of soil types. This means they can produce a diverse array of wines. This wine is upbeat and brings the character to the party.
