Domaine de Carabiniers have been making delicious Rhône wines organically since 1977 and they’re now 100% biodynamic certified.

And to push the limits of their skilled winemaking even further this delicious wine is made without the addition of any SO2, making it the perfect tipple for those who experience an intolerance to sulphites.

It’s a classic Rhône blend of Syrah and Grenache which is brimming with intense red berry and cherry fruits with notes of spices, violet and liquorice.

Picked by moonlight for freshness and crafted with a low intervention approach, using wild yeasts and minimal filtration.

Really can't fault this wine and the fact that it is Demeter-approved with no sulphites is an added bonus.

I love this wine

Having a sensitive system i was so pleased to find a wine without sulphites I can now sip this delicious wine knowing I will wake up the next day feeling good. Great taste very fort.
