Grown without any nasty business on Toledo vineyards at an elevation of 800m, the grapes soak up with Spanish sun by day and enjoy the cooling influences of the night air, allowing them to ripen more slowly and fully develop their flavours.

The result is a warming and exceedingly drinkable wine which is ripe for any occasion.
