Bojador - a monster of a wine
Tastes like: Black Cherry. Blackberry Fruit. Red Berries. Chocolate. Cedar. Ripe Tannins. Mineral.
This red comes from the holy trinity of Portuguese grapes; Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira grown on schist soils and their alchemy results in this full-bodied and flavoursome beauty with ripe fruit and tannins.
Cape Bojador is located on the Moroccan coast and medieval Portuguese sea captains wouldn't dare sail further south than it due to scores of lost ships and stories of mythical sea monsters.

”Concentrated, with a savoury, spicy, slightly cedary edge To the dense black cherry and blackberry fruit. There’s a gravelly character too. Has bright fruit with firm tannins.”
