The volcanic soils of Basilicata produce expressive wines with a characteristic minerality and this resplendent Aglianico Rosso certainly gives you a lot of bang for your buck.

This unoaked and youthful red wine is made using 100% Aglianico DOC grapes with a few months resting time in stainless steel before release. 

Cantina di Venosa have pioneered a sustainable philosophy in the region, using photovoltaic energy in the winery to reduce CO2, integrated pest management in the vineyards and over 70% recycled glass for their bottles.
