This champagne as authentic as it comes - made without any sugary dosage to show off the naked expression of the soil and terroir - but most importantly it’s bloom in’ delicious!

It’s a fresh and minerally cuvée from Yannick Prévoteau, who established this proudly independent and certified sustainable winery with his brother in the village of Damery on the North banks of the river Marne.

Yannick’s extraordinarily authentic wines are the result of a distinctive philosophy which can really be tasted in every glass; 

- Champagnes with a strong personality, made with grapes from top Cru sites and vines cultivated on maverick soil types

- A patient and considered approach in the winery allowing cuvées to mature gracefully and minimising dosage to retain the wine’s raw expression

- Striving to produce wines as sustainably as possible and to avoid the use of pesticides, herbicides and other nasty stuff in the vineyard

This Superb sparkling wine is made with 30% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Meunier and 35% Pinot Noir with around 40% of the blend coming from rich reserve wines.
