Ever since settling up Chilled & Tannin we’ve been waiting for the right Rioja Gran Reserva to come along.

And just as this spectacular wine has spent the  best part of the a decade patiently waiting to be uncorked, we hope you’ll agree that the wait was well worth enduring.

This Gran Reserva Rioja, comes from the oldest Tempranillo vineyards of this family producer and undergoes the region’s time-honoured combination of extended barrel and bottle ageing.

It spent 24 months in American oak before three more years in bottle before being released and it’s been maturing further ever since.

And it’ll improve even more if you lay it down - but personally we think it’s raring to be uncorked now!
