With global warming causing increasing headaches for growers in some parts of the Rhône, Ventoux offers wines with plenty of freshness; the grapes for this wine are grown on the slopes the Mont Ventoux meaning cooler temperatures thanks to some altitude.

This is a classic Southern Rhône blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault along with some Carignan too.
