This hailed from the renewed Henschke vineyard down in Australia. At the pinnacle of Australian wine making, Henschke offers up some stunning wine. Six generations of winemaking history now proudly sit in this vineyard. Stephen and Prue make a formidable team undertaking astonishing winemaking and brilliant viticulture.
We picked Tilly's because we found the combination of grapes so appealing. It’s a blend of 53% Semillon , 22% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Pinot Grigio/Pinot Gris, 6% Chardonnay , 5% Riesling, 2% Gewürztraminer. What a result this delivers!
An aromatic and attractive blend that leaves you wanting more. A great nod to Stephen's great Aunt Tilly, a pioneering woman of her generation.
