“I’m sorry did you say, Frazzles?” Yes! The beauty of Portuguese white blends with their abundance of gnarly indigenous grapes is that you get wines like this which have layer upon layer of tantalising fruit and savoury flavours. Delicious.

This wine is made with Malvasia Fina, Verdelho and Encruzado grapes and underneath the ripe array of fruit, mineral and spice is a subtle hint of smoky bacon - taking us back to the days of our favourite playground snack. Fear not though, it’s a perfectly Vegan-friendly tipple!

Grown at higher altitudes in the Serra da Estrela mountains the wine is able to retain freshness and acidity and plenty of primary fruit aromas. Delicious stuff.
