Go Nuts For Pinot Blanc

Tastes like: Almond. Pear. Apple. Pepper. Creamy Mouthfeel.

We think Austrian wine is just wünderbar and this no-nonsense producer literally does what it says on the tin. Their Dot Apple Grüner Veltliner tastes of crisp Granny Smiths, the Dot Cherry Zweigelt tastes of wild cherries and their Dot Snozzberries wine… we’ll you get the idea!

This Dot Nut Pinot Blanc is bursting with almondy tangs and has a slightly creamy mouthfeel (Rhod even tried out it once as an alternative milk in his morning tea)

It comes from female winemaker Heidi Fischer and her brother Roman Josef Pfaffl. The siblings focus on making no nonsense wines using a natural approach and minimum tinkering around in their Weinviertel winery near Vienna.

It’s no wonder they were awarded the title of European Winery of the Year 2016 by Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
