This is a real treat! A luscious and full bodied sweet wine from our friends at Domaine Bousquet who have created this heavenly tipple using organic Malbec grapes from their high altitude organic vineyard plots in Mendoza.
Late harvested grapes are fermented and fortified and then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a wine which is rather like a port yet bright, fresh and wonderful served a little chilled with pudding or cheese.
