This fresh, toasty fizz is a blend of classic Champagne grape Pinot Noir with the addition of Seyval Blanc, which absolutely loves the rolling Welsh terroir.
This Brut sparkling wine has spent a whopping 18 months on its lees (that’s 1.5 time longer than the minimum for non-vintage Champers) giving it a tasty texture and savoury complexity.
