Casa Vinicola Botter was founded in 1928 by Carlo Botter, a negociant selling to restaurants at the time and, is still a family run winery now in its third generation. Today they respect the region’s sparkling wine tradition, while innovating to make their production as environmentally friendly as possible.

This is a really generous wine, ideal as an aperitif, showing off the classic Glera grape’s characteristics and it even has a hint of toastiness and richness suggesting some extra time has been taken during the production process to make the wine extra special.
