We love Alsace. The gastronomic capital of France produces some super still wines but this organic sparkler is a perfect example of how good the fizz from this region can be too.
Made from
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Auxerre and Pinot Blanc using Champagne's famed 'traditional method' and aged on its lees for 9 months. We think this elegant sparkler stands up to many non vintage champers and at half the price it's a steal.
The Becker family have been making wine since 1610 and they hold vineyards across five different Grand Crus; Froehn, Schlossberg, Sonnenglanz, Praelatenberg and Schoenenberg.
Got to be tried. We LOVE IT.
