This cheeky little Sangiovese is perfect for that Wednesday night - you wished was Friday. A light, fresh and delicate wine that would accompany a mean Arrabiata and won’t leave Thursday feeling too spicy!

Made by family-run winery Casa Vinicola Botter in Emilia Romagna Italy. They are now in their third generation. Their focus is very much on innovation through environmentally friendly policies. Which makes it right up our street.
