One of our favourite quintessentially Italian grape varieties, this Trebbiano is unmistakable in the glass, bursting with flavours of rasping citrus peel, perfume and tangy stone fruit. 

Its flavourful nature makes it a brilliant food wine too - just the tipple to pair with a cheeky carbonara or “meaty” seafood like shellfish or monkfish.

Inspired by magical places between the Adriatic sea and the high mountains where the stunning old stone buildings filled the wine makers with the motivation to create Pietrame. "Pietra" means "A stone", and these wines are characterised by strong character and decisive style. Typical for mountain climates and soils. 

Coming from the canny crew at Cantina Tollo who are renowned for producing amazing organic and sustainable wines. This is no different with no nasty chemicals used in the vineyard.

Gently pressed grapes and cool fermentation controlled through temperature results in a delicate and expressive tipple.

And because we’ve imported the wine direct to our HQ it also means fewer road miles and a more modest carbon footprint.
