'Bizoe' is derived from the French word 'Bisous' – meaning little kiss but this complex and generous wine is more of a sizeable smooch than a peck on the cheek.
This wine represents the power of two distinctive grapes, the unctuous and savoury characteristics of Semillon fused with the luminous and zesty tangs of Sauvignon Blanc.It's a textured and glorious wine, having spent extended time resting on it lees before 7 months maturing in oak for richness and roundness.
