Have you or someone you know ever wanted to own their own vineyard? Well now you can make that dream a reality and savour that sweet vigneron feeling (but without the weeding and frostbite during January pruning) along with uncorking the fruits of your (our) labour!

In 2021 Chilled & Tannin established an acre of vineyard in the Vale of Glamorgan, planting red grape varieties in 2022 and harvesting our first crop this Autumn. We’re now tending to this following sustainable and lower intervention practices and we’re proud to be part of the pioneering Welsh wine movement.

We’re now giving our customers the opportunity to sponsor a vine and to join us on our bibulous journey. As well as adopting either a Rondo or Cabernet Cortis grapevine you’ll also get a bottle of wine from our inaugural vintage (estimated release Autumn 2025)
