C&T's founders went on a Summer jolly to the Loire last year and were immediately buzzing about local Valençay Vin (and a number of 'mega pints' of this were imbibed each evening as a result).

We'd love to see more of this Sauvignon Blanc dominant AOC wine back here in the UK... it's great value and bursting with aromatic floral flavours of citrus blossom and spring flowers. The name of this wine Chevrefeuille is the French word for honeysuckle so you'll find this in abundance in your glass.

There's 20% Chardonnay in the blend too for some added complexity and 2-4 months ageing on lees before bottling has added some tidy texture too.
