We have another stunning Welsh wine coming from White Castle vineyard near Abergavenny. Owned by Robb and Nicola Merchant, White Castle is brimming with life and character much like their wines. Having purchased the small holding in 1995 they realised their dream of planting vines in 2009. Now they have nearly 7000 vines basking in the Welsh sun which result in award-winning wines. 

Gwin Gwyn simple means ‘White Wine’ in Welsh. This is a brilliant example of some of the great wine coming out of Wales at the moment. A dry and delicate white blend using nifty grape Phoenix which has proven itself to be at home in the rolling hills around White Castle vineyard. This represents great value for all the TLC that Robb and Nicola put into each bottle.
