Whiskey in the Jar

This exquisite single malt Irish whiskey is inspired by the iconic Galley Head lighthouse which stands guard over our warehouse at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. It is matured in ex-bourbon and other hand selected casks such as rhum Agricole. The result is a striking flavour profile with a tropical twist of vanilla, honey and gentle spices.

TASTING NOTES: Red berries. Lush vanilla, chocolate, and toasted oak. Rich spice and liquorice stewed apple and toffee. Finishes with Sea salt and vanilla.

They say their mission is to create the best Irish whiskey with the least environmental impact to land and sea, and they really mean it. They believe that ultimately, whiskey is nature. As a small company, they may not be able to save the world. But what they can do, is make a measurable difference today, at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean.
