Yannick Prévoteau Héritage Brut Champagne NV
“Authenticity and sharing above all”
Tastes like: Expressive. Citrus. Baked Apple. White Flowers. Fruity. Brioche. Fine Mousse.
We think this is a super sophisticated tipple but when we visited the winemaker he chuckled and said this is a perfect bottle to drink every day! In Champagne c’est la vie!
It’s a rich and characterful Brut bubbly from Yannick Prévoteau who established this proudly independent and certified sustainable winery with his brother in the village of Damery on the North banks of the river Marne.
Yannick’s extraordinarily authentic wines are the result of a distinctive philosophy which can really be tasted in every glass;
- Champagnes with a strong personality, with grapes from top Cru sites and vines cultivated on maverick soil types
- A patient and considered approach in the winery allowing cuvées to mature gracefully and minimising dosage to retain the wine’s raw expression
- Striving to produce wines as sustainably as possible and to avoid the use of pesticides, herbicides and other nasty stuff in the vineyard
This Heritage Brut Cuvée is made with 30% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Meunier and 35% Pinot Noir with around 40% of the blend coming from rich reserve wines.
