Beacon Down Blanc de Noirs
A Beacon of English wine...
Tastes like: Orchard Fruit. Citrus. Green Apple. Strawberries. Brioche.
Beacon Down is a new and exciting vineyard in East Sussex. Paul & Al Pippard gave up the London rat race and planted their beautiful plot. We have fallen in love with their passion and enthusiasm so we thought we had to have their wine in our range.
So we bring you Beacon Down Blanc de Noir from their first ever vintage. With 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine has been produced in the traditional method and aged to create a refined sparkling wine with an excellent balance of fruit and complexity. Fine bubbles, a gentle mousse and fresh finish make this an absolute joy to drink at any occasion.
This is a great example of why most of the Major Champagne houses have invested in purchasing land in South East England and that is because of the exceptional quality of English fizz.
This is an award winning English fizz that will bring a bodacious sparkle to your tastebuds.
