Côtes de Provence Rosé de Leoube, Château Leoube
Has anyone got any salmon?
Tastes like: Wild strawberries and raspberries. Peach. Pepper. Creamy. Hint of vanilla.
This super premium Provence Rosé comes from 70 hectares of organic vines located within a stone’s throw of the azure Mediterranean sea.
A light pressing of the Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah grapes means winemaker Romain Ott uses only the best part of the juice for this top wine – and a touch of malolactic adds a hint of creaminess on the elegant finish.
It’s a Rosé which undoubtedly belongs amongst the upper echelons of Provençal wine.

“Produced from organic grapes this wine has a soft, ripe texture that gives it immediate appeal. It is rich with red berry flavours and orange-peel acidity held together by the peppery texture.”
