This raw and ripe Aussie Shiraz comes from Free Run Juice who are winemakers with a Samurai-like code of honour and morals.
They strictly practice low intervention, organic principles and the result is a wild and skilfully executed end product.
100% Shiraz grapes come from sustainable vineyards in Adelaide, Riverland and Barossa from a mix of soils before being blended into a complex cuvée which then benefits from a short time in oak.
