This Bodega only use fruit from their own vineyards which are located on the limestone ridges of arguably of the best Rioja region, Alavesa and the wine spends considerably longer in barrel than the minimum legal requirement.

This is an exceptional expression of the Tempranillo grape which makes up 95% of the blend with 5% Mazuelo to add some extra fruitiness.
